Dr. Meredith Wells Lepley is a psychologist who has been conducting survey research with organizations for over 20 years. A consultant with Miller Consultants in Kentucky, Dr. Lepley specializes in assessing organizational issues—employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership skills—and guiding executives and leadership teams through the change and improvement process to higher levels of performance. Formerly an award-winning psychology professor at Eastern Kentucky University, Dr. Lepley enjoys developing both students and employees with training and coaching. Dr. Lepley’s academic research has focused on workplace issues including sustainability, flexibility, the aging workforce, workspace personalization, pets in the workplace, and worksite health promotion. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed academic journals and featured in The Washington Post, The Los Angeles Times, The Boston Globe, U.S. News & World Report, Psychology Today, and National Public Radio.
She teaches Applied Research Methods in our program.
