Dr. Jenna Rubenstein

Dr. Jenna Rubenstein joined Boston Scientific (BSC) in 2008 and has served in multiple Human Resources roles since then. She began as the senior manager of Learning & Development and soon increased her responsibilities to manage the Talent Development function for the West Region of the U.S., Canada and LATAM.
In these roles, Rubenstein led key projects such as ExCEL Coaching, the HR Excellence curriculum and change management. She also served as the HR business partner for the Peripheral Interventions division, where she developed the future organization design, led the change management strategy and led an effort to combine organizational cultures. Rubenstein was promoted to director, Culture, Organizational Development and Engagement, in October 2020, leading the organization’s global-connected workplace strategy and developing guidelines for BSC’s new flexible work environment. Her role was expanded in 2021 to lead the Talent Management Americas team as well.
Before joining BSC, Rubenstein held positions of increasing responsibility at Amgen Inc. and Washington Mutual. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Brandeis University and a master’s and Ph.D. in organizational behavior from the Claremont Graduate University. Rubenstein is a native Californian and lives with her family in Los Angeles. She teaches PSYC 517, Group Dynamics and Leadership in MAPP.
