Dr. Mona Farid-Nejad is a consultant and instructor with more than 10 years of experience working with organizations in the public and private sectors as an educator, evaluator and organizational development consultant. She earned her Ph.D. at Claremont Graduate University, where she conducted research on organizational change and employee well-being.
Farid-Nejad has taught courses in organizational psychology, business, management and finance and conducts training sessions and workshops for a diverse array of organizations. In her consulting, she aids organizations in developing data-driven learning cultures that emphasize people-centered approaches. Working across sectors and industries, including education, health care, nonprofit, government, tech and media, has provided her with a wide range of perspectives, tools and strategies for engaging stakeholders, enhancing learning and driving positive change in complex systems.
