Dr. Khatera Sahibzada earned her Ph.D. degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Portland State University where she was awarded a SYLFF Graduate Fellowship for International Research and was a recipient of the Grant for Cultural Cooperation by Spain’s Ministry of Culture. Dr. Sahibzada specializes in leadership development, talent assessment, and performance management. Over the course of her career, she has consulted to clients from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, across a broad range of functions, industries, and countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Mexico, and China.

Dr. Sahibzada’s peer-reviewed articles have been published in academic journals in the field of industrial/organizational psychology and human resources. She has presented at professional meetings on topics related to work-life balance, entrepreneurship, and leadership. Currently, Dr. Sahibzada serves on the Executive Committee of the Business Council for Peace, which helps entrepreneurs in conflict-affected countries create employment. Additionally, she is a contributor to Fast Company and Entrepreneur.com.

She teaches Psychology of Employee Selection and Assessment in our program.
