Understanding people’s behavior and the psychology behind their decision-making is essential to business success — from winning over consumers to attracting talented employees. That’s why USC’s online Master of Science in Applied Psychology program teaches professionals to leverage psychology tools and principles to help maximize the experience of both consumers and employees.
