Dr. Grabarek works as a behavioral scientist for Infor, a business software organization. In her role at Infor, she consults with over 30 clients in the implementation and analysis of human capital management and predictive analytic software solutions. She also works closely with clients to test new products and ideas.
Prior to her current role, Dr. Grabarek worked as an internal Industrial/Organizational Psychologist for Molina Healthcare, working closely with executives and other internal customers to implement a variety of talent management tools. Additionally, Dr. Grabarek has experience working as an independent consultant and as a consultant in the federal sector, working with many federal agencies, including the National Science Foundation and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Throughout her career, Dr. Grabarek has worked with over 50 different client organizations from a variety of industries, including government, healthcare, retail, property management, food services, and technology. Dr. Grabarek has also taught courses at Penn State University prior to joining USC.
Dr. Grabarek earned her MS and PhD degrees in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Pennsylvania State University.
