Melissa Lopez, Ph.D.

M.A. and Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology, University of Michigan
Dr. Lopez has extensive research experience in organizational dynamics among healthcare organizations. Melissa is a former Health Services Researcher at RAND Corporation. She has co-authored articles appearing in publications such as Administrative Science Quarterly, Medical Care, Journal of Health and Social Behavior, Health Services Review and The Milbank Quarterly. Dr. Lopez has extensive experience teaching at the masters and executive levels. She has taught courses such as Development of Effective Groups and Organizations, Leadership Development, and Management and Organizational Change at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy as well as the University of Connecticut and Chapman University. In addition, Dr. Lopez consults with corporate and university leaders in areas of leadership training and organizational communications.
