Sara Isaac holds a Ph.D. in Social Research Methodology and has a vast range of experience in both the private and public sectors. She has taught research and marketing courses at the University of Southern California (USC) and overseen projects in nearly every product category. Sara utilizes her experience in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research to conduct focus groups, ethnographies, in-depth interviews, and quantitative surveys for clients such as Kia, Toyota, MTV, VISA, Anheuser-Busch, Calvin Klein, and CNN.
She is a research operations leader who drives the customer perspective and user experience across branding, product development, and services. Furthermore, she translates data into innovation and commercial strategies while drawing from a vigorous academic background in mixed methods research and data analysis.
